The Chilean-born painter Claudio Bravo Camus died of a seizure June 4, 2011 in his extraordinary palace, located near Taroudant. Also called Claudio Bravo Palace, this place quite exceptional perpetuates the memory of the hyperrealist painter, highly rated in the world of art. Claudio Bravo had chosen to live and work in Morocco for its exceptional light. He first set his sights on Tangier and Marrakech, before settling permanently in Taroudant. Now th palace became a museum. From the Garden of Stars, it is accessed in one hour. Entrance fee entitling a tour of high quality, we strongly recommend : 200 dirhams (€ 20) per person.
