Reservation is acquired upon receipt of payment of 50% of the total price. The balance is due 30 days before the effective rent. No refund before the entry into rentals.

Deposit of 2'000 dh (200 €) per rental week, at the entrance to rent. It is refunded at the end of it after deduction of the damage and of the electricity consumed (incentives for energy efficiency in the latter case, 35 €/week in general, in case of reasonable behavior). Final cleaning : 50 €.
