Charming villa
Designed by the owner of our riad for rent, architecture is a berber inspiration. It incorporates the use of ancestral materials of Morocco, as tadelakt and terracotta from Fez.
Arranged in rows, diagonals, chevrons or in combination, with or without cabochons, they are used in most cases in raw form, but also in the glazed version as in this photo, which is the table of the bathroom Tiznit (city south Agadir).
Ecological commitment
Our villa for rent was built with mud bricks (mud) made on the spot and that the material has been extracted from the site of the emergence of the pool. Supervised by holders of concrete elements, the mud refreshes the interior temperature of 10 degrees in summer and retains some sweetness in winter. Only departure from our strong environmental commitment, booster heaters are available for guests of our house for rent.

Both inside and outside our villa rental, special care has been devoted to the lights to make it a true riad of 1001 nights. A hundred lamps and lanterns, all from Morocco, and most madetowards Agadir, but the most various kinds, create a very special atmosphere, as this lamp installed on the ceiling of the livingroom Atlas.
Around the pool, spotlights highlight the date palms and banana trees.
The garden
Our house for rent is surrounded by a large garden, which began to be planted at the start of construction in 2008. It offers all kinds of fruit trees in Morocco, including almond (picture), the dozens of orange, mandarin, lemon and grapefruit trees. Livingrooms, kitchen, gallery
The ground floor of your villa for rent is reserved mainly for salons. One called Atlas includes a dining area and another to stand in front of the fireplace, to the berber way (photo). The Five Worlds lounge serves as an office.
Installed sunrise side, the kitchen is also largely a junction with the first floor and the Souss gallery. Completely covered, the gallery overlooks the pool. You will install when it is too hot or too cold outside.
The rooms
Our riad for rent has four rooms with eight beds. Summer : additional inflatable beds available for children or teens.
Each with a bathroom, Tiznit suite (pictured) and Marrakech suite on the first floor provide exceptional views of the pool, the garden and the surrounding fields and houses (not close direct neighbors).
Smaller rooms Agadir and Taroudant are located on the second floor.
