Les Bains berbères is first, as its name suggests, a place devoted to water-related care : hammam, massages. The casual visitor as the host who is living can enjoy the expert hands of home specialists, trained by Olivier, who led the destinies of several spas worldwide.

 

The half-hour massage is charged 300 dh (30 €). The hammam - particularly intense and effective ! - is priced 120 dh (12 €).

 

A restaurant that is a gamble

 

The idea of creating a restaurant with a certain level in the very rural village El Oued Ouar Ahmer Laglacha was not granted. At first glance, the surrounding construction does not announce a table of this quality, it is the least we can say. And yet ... as soon Berber wooden doors crossed, we feel here that special attention is devoted to the well being of the visitor, and in this case the weaknesses of the gourmet.

 

The meal you have ordered in advance will be served either inside, in a pretty small room, or outside under an awning. Small nice touch, a fish soup, subtle fragrance may be added by the cheerful cook to start the party to the taste buds. The swordfish carpaccio and fresh ginger are a pleasant surprise, although it should be served almost iced.

 

Do not order only the fish ! For the main course, choice a rabbit tagine with quince, happy meeting of sweet and savory. To end on a very Moroccan rating, tart mandarin complete delight the palate of gourmets, especially as it is served in a soft version.

 

As it should be, wines from Morocco, always pleasant. The prices are very reasonable given the content of the plate.
